Shipping, Processing & Return Policies

We ship worldwide from Toronto, Canada using Canada Post standard mail.   Want it faster?  We’ll do our best to find you a cost effective option.  Please reach out before purchasing and we’ll try to find you some options.

*We ship DDP (delivered duties paid) to the United States so there will be no hidden tariffs for US customers

*International Buyers are responsible for any extra fees due to duties/customs. 

Processing:

Art prints, greeting cards, and stickers will ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping within Canada:

Orders of less than $50CAD with max size 8x10 prints will be shipped with no tracking via Canada Post. 

Orders over $50 and/or 11x14 will be shipped with Chit Chats with tracking. 

Shipping to USA:

Art prints will be shipped with tracking via Chit Chats and an affiliated carrier. Greeting Cards and stickers will be sent USPS via Chit Chats

Shipping Internationally: 

All shipping is sent via Canada Post standard mail and buyers are responsible for any additional taxes and customs fees charged by your country.

Returns

We don’t accept returns however please reach out if you aren't satisfied with your product.  We aim to please and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we are always here to discuss options.  Product will only be valid for exchange if returned in its original packaged form. We are not responsible for any damage caused if the above directions were not followed, therefore no refunds will be issued.

Damages:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we’ll get you a replacement asap
