Since getting the June /17 issue of Bon Appétit mag in my mailbox, I've been experimenting with the endless possibilities of the cold noodle salad. There's several pages devoted to this great summer sidekick and how to mix n' match different flavours, colours & textures. It's the perfect vehicle for your favourite produce, proteins, sauces & garnishes. I was immediately inspired to both get in the kitchen and get out my paints!
